Tonight was awesome
I saw Mac Miller with Katie, Marcella and Danielle. I used my sister’s ID to get in and Danielle used my sister in law’s ID, and everything worked out. I didn’t like the fact that it took 5 hours for him to get on stage. But I enjoyed the rap battle and I liked the DJ’s set. We got there pretty early because there was a lonnng ass line in front of Reggies and it was a sold out show. We stayed in the front the entire time, and I had a perfect view of the stage. Danielle snuck backstage, was onstage during Mac Miller’s set, and got a picture with him after the show. Successful night.

I’m definitely going to Pitchfork next year. It is so different than the usual shows that I go to. It was mostly adults and college students, and there was no violence at all. I was upset that Katie’s camera wasn’t allowed in, so unfortunately we couldn’t take any pictures. We went to this really cool tent that had a bunch of free downloads and air conditioning and got our picture taken. I had so much fun. So many hipsters, and so many cut off jeans. I didn’t know how popular that was.

We saw @JimmyGierczyk riding on his bike through Chicago Heights today
and Patrick kept trying to guess where he was going to, it was funny.
Waking Life
Katie and Patrick got California Girls stuck in my head. I never really paid attention or liked that song until today. The lyrics are so dumb that it makes me laugh every time I hear it.
Anyway, we watched “Waking Life” today with Adam and Lamar. It was so trippy and absolutely blew my mind. I really enjoyed it. It’s unlike any other movie I have ever seen. Half the movie you’re wondering whether the main character is in a dream, or dead. In the end we discover that it is both. It’s centered around Existentialism and Absurdity. I loved it.
S;TEB
So after watching those awful bands play at Fiesta tonight, Me, Katie, and Lamar decided to start our own band. It’s called Sparkle;The Electric Bunny. Our initials are S;TEB. We’re mainly going to focus on our image. Katie will interpretive dance and do backup vocals. I will pretend to play the ukulele, and Lamar will sing. We’ll find a hype man. We’ll throw glitter into the crowd as our gimmick. Only, the glitter will be in bottles and you have to sprinkle it on yourself. Then after our set is over you have to give us back the glitter, because we’re too cheap to let you keep it. This is a great idea.
